Foundations Integrative Wellness, PLLC is a professional, licensed mental health counseling service. Organized under the state laws of North Carolina and operating under the laws of the USA. Our practice is also licensed to operate under the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. There are no age limit requirements to recieve professional counseling services; however, if you are under the age of 18, a parent or gaurdian will need to be responsible for beginning services and completing intake paperwork.
